What does it takes to survive when you are stranded in Siberia, Sahara dessert, the pacific ocean and so on? skills? knowlodge? awareness? Physical strength? miracle? or the will to survive? In my opinion, all of them counts but the most important one is the will to survive! Here is a few examples :
A couple is stranded in the sea in their emergency raft after their yatch is destroyed by a whale. They survived well over a 100 hundred days before rescued. They survived on fish and birds. They had a strong will to live.
A german soldier was caught by the russians after world war 2 and was forced into labour work with the russians for 25 years. He escaped russia after 1 year but his body was weak. He still manage to survive 3 siberian winters because he was determined to continue living. He had 10 bullets and throws 1 bullet every 10, 000 steps he covered as an encouragement. Eventually he was saved. (the winter in russia was one of the main reasons the german lost to the russians during world war 2)
Now, let's say you are very determine to live... will you do this?

eat eyeballs
eat giant larva

drink the moisture from elephant dung!
drink your own pee (sorry no picture for that) XD
Haha! XD anyway, these pictures are from Man vs Wild documentery. I was watching it and I keep asking myself, "will I do it when needed to?" and I was bored. So I decided to post something about it. Anyway, I think anyone with the strong will to survive will do it. If you ask me, I would, and I think most people out there would. Unless they hate and give up on life.
